Toxic Boss Blues should be required reading for anyone in a position of leadership. The questions at the end of each chapter are great tools for discussion and learning. However, most importantly, you offered viable solutions to surviving “toxic leadership,” solutions that should be taught to everyone in a law enforcement career. I couldn’t agree more with what you’ve concluded in the book. Job well done!

This book is written about cops but as I read it, I began applying the statements and situations to education, even to the way some teachers run their classrooms! Then I started thinking about parenting, and every interpersonal relationship. Read this book because no matter what line of work you are in, you will find the relevance.

LEO edition Toxic Boss is right on the mark! It's the most honest assessment I have ever read, from someone who spent a lot of time on the inside of law enforcement. It validates an enormous amount of things that happen every day that go undiscovered or completely ignored.
